
The Police Department manages the Animal Control Program for the Town of Webster. The Animal Control Officer responds to lost pets and is responsible for investigating animal bites, animal complaints, and working with local veterinarians to determine an appropriate quarantine procedure to monitor or rule out any possible exposures to the rabies virus.
Animal Control Officer Desiree Roussin began as our Animal Control Officer in September, 2023. ACO Roussin works Monday through Friday 8a-4p and responds to animal emergencies 24/7. The Animal Control Program is overseen by the Police Department Services Lieutenant.
