Town Hall will be open to the walk-in public Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM; we will be closed on Fridays. The Tax Collector and Treasurer’s Office will be accepting payments. The remaining Town Hall offices are closed to the public but we will be providing these services at our central kiosk.
Even though they are not directly accessible, town employees are either in the office or working remotely and can assist via telephone and email. Please feel free to contact the a department directly. Contact information can be found on our website.
Additionally, tax payments or other documents can be mailed to Town Hall at 350 Main Street, Webster or placed in the drop box next to the handicap-accessibility ramp on the west side of the building near the parking lot. The drop box is collected and sorted frequently. Again, the most convenient way to transact business with the Town is online at www.webster-ma.gov. This includes applying for permits, making payments, etc.
