Temporary Service Interruption

On April 11, 2023 at approximately 9:00pm the Water Department will temporally interrupt water service overnight to connect the new 12 inch water main on Lake Street into the existing 12 inch water main at the intersection of Lake Street and Main Street. Outages will occur from 218 Main Street to 1 North Main Street and should have no impact on other streets. We are estimating the work to be completed and service restored by 8:00am on Wednesday April 12th.
Customers may experience accumulated sediments in their house laterals and some discolored water. This is normal and will clear after a brief run of cold water at the tap.
