The Town of Webster is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and invites qualified and experienced General Contractors and Filed Sub Bid Contractors to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to prequalify for the renovation of the Bartlett High School at 52 Lake Pkwy. The Filed Sub Bid categories the Town is requiring to prequalify are: Masonry, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing, Dampproofing and Caulking, Roofing and Flashing, Metal Windows, Glass and Glazing, Tile, Acoustical Tile, Resilient Floors, Painting, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical.
