The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is looking for approximately 8,200 sq ft of usable area for client service and administrative office space and Webster is on the short list of areas they are looking into. The state is looking for a 10-year term. It will house the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) client service office. DTA is responsible for administering public assistance programs for the citizens of the Commonwealth. The office is expected to receive approximately 60 visitors per day.
