Sutton Road will be closed to through traffice between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. for the remainder of this week.
Sutton Road over Sucker Brook Bridge Repair
The town received funding from the Mass Small Bridge Program to repair the bridge on Sutton Road that crosses over Sucker Brook. The bridge repair work will include removal and replacement of existing bridge railings, approach guardrails and re-paving the road and bridge surface.
Sutton Road from Kingsbury Road to Mine Brook will be closed to through traffic with resident only access for the remainder of this week. The contractor will be onsite to install the bridge railing and the project will be complete. a minimum of 2 weeks to allow the contractor to accelerate the work to a point where the bridge can be back open with minimal disruption through the completion of the project.
