INVITATION FOR WRITTEN QUOTES
The Town of Webster Department of Public Works is requesting written scope-of-work statement to solicit written responses for “Pavement Markings”.
The scope of work docs is available September 8, 2025 from rjones@webster-ma.gov the Town of Webster/Highway Department, 23 Cudworth Rd, Webster, MA 01570. Written responses will be received up to 10:00 am on Monday, September 22, 2025.
Vendors must submit a fifty percent 50% payment bond if contract is more than $25,000. These contracts are subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates and OSHA Certification. All quotes submitted in response to this invitation for quotes will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provision established under M.G.L c. 30, § 39M.

The Town of Webster through its Board of Selectmen reserves the right to reject any or all quotes or take whatever action is in the best interest of the Town
