The Memorial Beach Planning Committee will be a group of 7 volunteers solicited by the Board of Selectmen to be the primary advisory group for land use and land development at the Memorial Beach. The 9 committee members will be comprised of: the Webster Recreation Director, a member of the Webster Planning Board, 3 residents who live full-time on Webster Lake, 3 Webster residents, and 1 Veteran who lives in Webster.
