4. Persons requesting records may be charged a reasonable fee for search and segregation costs and / or associated costs with reproduction of records. No fees will be assessed without having received a good faith estimate of costs.

   All records requests will be delivered via email unless otherwise pre-arranged with Records Bureau Staff. A valid email address is REQUIRED.
